A package can be marked as undeliverable for various reasons, such as:

• The package sustains damage before or during transit.

• The shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or has delivery restrictions (e.g., correctional facility). You can update your addresses for future orders in 'Your Addresses.'

• The shipping label becomes unreadable during transit.

• The carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts.

• The customer or recipient refuses to accept the package from the carrier.
