What happens if my package is undeliverable?Updated 7 months ago
A package can be marked as undeliverable for various reasons, such as:
The package sustains damage before or during transit.
The shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or has delivery restrictions (e.g., correctional facility). You can update your addresses for future orders in 'Your Addresses.'
The shipping label becomes unreadable during transit.
The carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts.
The customer or recipient refuses to accept the package from the carrier.
