Here’s the full ingredient list for our Nutratology Fat Burner:

Medicinal Ingredients (Per Capsule):

• Chromium (Chromium Polynicotinate) – 100 mcg
• Green Coffee Bean Extract (Coffee Arabica-Seed) [50% Chlorogenic Acids] – 200 mg
• Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis-Leaf) [98% Polyphenols, 45% Epigallocatechin 3-Gallate] – 100 mg
• Garcinia Cambogia Extract 60% HCA (Garcinia Gummi-Gutta, Fruit Peel) – 214 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Raspberry Ketone, Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide

Each capsule contains approximately 4 mg of naturally occurring caffeine. Therefore, based on the recommended dosage on our label (1 capsule twice daily before meals), the total caffeine intake would be approximately 8 mg per day.
