How do I find a missing package that shows as delivered?Updated 8 months ago

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm your shipping address:
Check Your Orders to verify that the shipping address is correct. For help with an incorrect address, visit the Add and Manage Addresses page.

  1. Look for a delivery notice:
Check the Message Center for any updates.
See if there's a delivery confirmation in Your Orders.
Search your mailbox or usual mail drop-off point.

  2. Check around the delivery location:
Review your delivery instructions in Your Addresses—the package might be left where specified.

  1. Ask household members and neighbors:
Someone else may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  1. Wait 48 hours:
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered up to 48 hours before actual arrival.

  1. Check with the carrier:
Visit the carrier’s website or reach out to them directly for more information. Find contact details on the Carrier Contact Information page.
