To cancel your recurring order, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your account
To access your customer membership profile, please log in to your account using your registered email and password. You can find the login icon beside the search icon on our website.
Step 2: Locate the subscription page
Once logged in, look for the "manage subscription" link located below your name.
Step 3: View subscription details
On your subscription page, you'll have access to a range of information about your current subscription, including upcoming orders, purchase history, shipping addresses, payment methods, and more.
Step 4: Manage your subscription
If you need to make adjustments to your subscription, simply click on the "edit" button next to your active subscriptions. From there, you can update your next shipment date, change the frequency of deliveries for upcoming orders, skip a shipment, add more products to your subscription, update your shipping address, email, phone number, or cancel your subscription.

Once logged in, this will take you directly to your subscription details, where you can make adjustments as needed, including canceling your subscription.
