How can I cancel my Amazon order?Updated 7 months ago

To cancel items or orders:

1. Go to Your Orders
2. Find the relevant order and select view or edit order
3. Select cancel items
4. Check the box for each item you want to cancel. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all items
5. Choose the reason for the cancellation, then request cancellation

Getting confirmation

After you requested the cancellation, Amazon will send you a confirmation email. You can also track it on Your Orders.
